Middle school can bring a lot of changes that we at times need some help with and that is okay! Your school counselors are here to help! Whatever may be happening in your life, we are here to listen, give you tips, and help make sure your voice is heard. There are also some other resources available in our community where you can find some help.
Teen Talk has other teens who have been trained to help when life gets tough. You can call, text, email, or chat through their website.
The Dougy Center is one of the leading grief resources in the country and it happens to be right in our area! If you or a friend is struggling with a loss this is a great place to find some help.
The Trevor Project has a long history of supporting queer youth through everything that adolescence may bring and finding a supportive community.

The Trans Lifeline is a suicide prevention resource specifically designed for and run by transgender people.
