Resources

Middle school can bring a lot of changes that we at times need some help with and that is okay! Your school counselors are here to help! Whatever may be happening in your life, we are here to listen, give you tips, and help make sure your voice is heard. There are also some other resources available in our community where you can find some help.

Teen Talk has other teens who have been trained to help when life gets tough. You can call, text, email, or chat through their website.

The Dougy Center is one of the leading grief resources in the country and it happens to be right in our area! If you or a friend is struggling with a loss this is a great place to find some help.

The Trevor Project has a long history of supporting queer youth through everything that adolescence may bring and finding a supportive community.

From info on healthy dating and friendships to tips on what to do if you are concerned about your own physical or mental health, TeensHealth has some great info to help keep your whole self healthy.

Clark County Crisis line is available to help anytime. They are local and can respond both over the phone and in person to support anyone in our community through a crisis. Just call 866-835-2755 for help.

The Crisis Text Line is a free service that you can text anytime to get support with a wide variety of struggles. Just text HOME to 741741 to get connected with a counselor right away.

The Trans Lifeline is a suicide prevention resource specifically designed for and run by transgender people.
