The College Bound Scholarship is provided by the Washington Student Achievement Council. Students need to apply for this opportunity in 7th or 8th grade. Those who financially qualify will receive money for up to 4 years of tuition at a state school, books, and other fees. We know this sounds too good to be true, but it isn't! There are students right now who are using this scholarship to reach their dreams.
